When will I receive the finished media?


All services require a one business day turnaround. The day after the scheduled session, you will receive an email by end of day with a link to the customized property website with all finished media requested.

How many listing photos do you provide?


There are currently no minimum or maximum number of provided photos for a property. A listing photo session is priced based on interior square footage of the property. This price includes interior and exterior images, featuring all rooms and notable features of the property.

What if I have a cancellation or need to reschedule?


No problem! Your email confirmation at the time of booking will feature your ability to reschedule or cancel the appointment. All schedule changes must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee.

Do you take appointments on the weekend?


Yes! Saturdays are available to book at any time. Sundays are available by special request if this day is best for your clients. Just ask!

Do you provide services other than photos?


Absolutely! Video content, aerial images, floor plans, and Matterport virtual tours are all available for bookings. Don't see what you're looking for? Just ask!

What if I'm not happy with the result?


Quality is everything. In the incredibly unlikely event you are not happy with the content you received due to the quality of images, a free reshoot will be available. If the property was not photo ready when the shoot was completed, then a new session will need to be booked.
